Programme Overview
Orthopaedic Physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy that focuses on the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of disorders and injuries related to the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This specialty addresses a wide spectrum of conditions such as sprains, strains, post-fracture rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, repetitive stress injuries, and dysfunctions of the spine, neck, back, and extremities.
The program adopts a scientific, evidence-based approach to clinical practice, guided by internationally recognized standards and guidelines. Students are trained to design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, function, and quality of life in patients with orthopaedic conditions.
